A client purchased a commercial property overlooking Barnes Pond, with a view to converting the top 3 floors into a single dwelling.
Working with the client, plans have been made to turn the space into an open plan living/entertaining area, along with three private suites inlucidng a meditation room.
Finishes and Furniture selections are still being developed in this early stage of the project.
Construction is due to start in April 2012.
